“The swim up family room was everything we needed and more, its actually 2 connecting rooms with 2 swim out pools. We had more than enough room for a family of five with 2 adult size kids and one 7 year old. The couch converted into a small bed and the King size bed is huge and comfy. The rooms were extremely spacious and amenities provided by the preferred concierge team were fantastic. “My husband and I spent 5 nights. Our room was a Deluxe Sky terrace on the Adult Heaven side. The room was very nice and clean and it was an udated room. We had no issues with the room being humid. We had no issue getting a chair by the pool. Carlos at the bar was FANTASTIC. We had breakfast at Faro on the adult side and Elizabeth (J-Lo) was AWESOME. We are not picky people in regards to food. I will say that I did have higher expectations for the food since it was the Hard Rock. In……

“We had a delicious breakfast each day at the Maya Beach Buffet, with exceptional service from Sylvia and Yarela, on the outside patio. We had memorable meals at different à la cartes, all of which were great and fun to try. We took part in activities at the Caribe pool in the day and had great lunches at the grills by the beach. We loved being on the beach and at the adults only pool and had no trouble finding loungers each day. Can’t wait to return!”
