「This resort was beautiful!! We loved our stay and the staff was nothing short of fantastic! My only complaint was that the food starts to taste all the same after a bit, but honestly what do you expect from an all inclusive? But it was not bad at all, the pool food was a bit questionable but the restaurant’s weren’t bad at all! My one complaint would be that it is hard to get a reservation at the restaurant’s! And we are here during off season, so I can’t imagine what it would be like in peak...

「My experience - First, When we checked in the administrator (Marco) was acting like he was in a rush, he told us the room he was going to give us was the smallest one as it was the one we paid for (we did not know it was the smallest), not like the one advertised. Second, not hot water until the following day, we sent him a txt message during the night and he never replied back until the cleaning lady showed up the next day. third, all rooms in the house have a lock (very bad appearance), even...
