「The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water...

「The only reason we didn’t give an Excellent rating was because of the beach due to the seaweed. It seems like it would be a beautiful beach if not for the sea weed. Also, everyone was great from the staff at the resort to the tour guides. These guys don’t get paid a lot and tips really help! And if you tip please tip them something that’s decent. Some guy on our tour tipped the our driver only $2! After he drove us around and waited on us all day. Some people at the resort wouldn’t leave a tip...
