「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated.
