Welcome to Seas The Day. This newly built property (completed in 2024) is set on an elevated location in the famous Rainbow Bay area of Eleuthera, and a short 15-minute drive from Governors Harbour airport.
The house faces the Caribbean side of the island and has beautiful partial sea views to the front, accentuated by the large open outdoor living deck at the front of the house.
The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large open plan kitchen and dining area, along with a cozy sitting room. Open the windows in these areas to let the ocean breeze refresh your morning as you watch the rising sun sparkle on the ocean.
The large kitchen island is perfect for gathering and sharing food, wine and the day's excursion experiences. The separate dining table is perfect for that home cooked meal.
The large master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet. The third bedroom has twin beds which can be positioned together to form a king-width bed if required.
A house bathroom with large walk-in shower completes the accommodation, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry closet.
The amenities at Seas The Day have been included to provide all the comforts and conveniences to make every stay enjoyable. The house is part run by solar power with backup batteries which give uninterrupted power to two bedrooms, the sitting area and dining area, along with the house bathroom and fridge freezer. The fast Starlink internet, which is also powered by the solar system, provides 24-hour connectivity and allows uninterrupted viewing on the 65in TV, even when here are occasional power outages.
Ductless air conditioning is fitted in all bedrooms and the open plan area for those warmer days, and large high-capacity ceiling fans are fitted throughout the house.
Outside, sunset on the front deck is a perfect way to enjoy the evening, and stargazers will delight in the night sky as the house is located in a dark sky environment.
Your closest beach is the gorgeous Rainbow Bay beach, an easy downhill 5-7 minute walk from the house. The beach provides calm warm easy safe bathing and fixed beach umbrellas for that perfect beach outing.
The Rainbow Room restaurant and bar is a 2 or 3-minute drive from the property. The nearest grocery store, Big Rock, is about the same distance in the other direction. Other restaurants, including The Front Porch, Delish, and LeoRose are within a 10-minute drive.
