As a long time hilton member, the one thing I have to say is the resort should continue to hire English speaking staff to increase the competitiveness. Ome and the other lady at the restaurant had to run around as most of the tourists speak English here and only two of them are fluent.”

“The only negative part is the accomodation. If you are not lucky enough to get the gnd or first floor, be prepared to climb by stairs as there is no elevator. We were at 5th floor... imagine the climbing ...lol. Luckily the staff is kind enough to move us to the gnd floor when it became vacant.”
