"The room was horrible. The bed is always so comfortable at the W but literally 3 inches off the floor. There was not a chair to sit in other than a cane back chair that at a desk holding up the television so if you wanted to sit down anywhere than the bed, you have to sit on this chair that was facing the back of the TV. Couldn't open and close the curtains because the bed is up against the window so you can't get to the short plastic rods that were hanging down. They sent somebody up to replace them with these really long ones so that you can get the curtains open but you have to ask for them otherwise they just assume that you're OK with the substandard situation. Yikes this is a swing and a miss."

"Staff were excellent. When tv was not working technician came in a few minutes to connect the cable. Room was very clean."

"The rooms are impeccable, mini fridge actually keeps things cold. Filtered water is is every room, amazing. Love that breakfast is included and weekday happy hour is fun! Did not love that you have to go the second floor to enter the lobby. So meeting friends or colleagues is a step more difficult. But overall a good place! "
