"Super nice Staff"

"The hotel and staff were great. But even though it was not the hotel's fault there are some road closures that getting to the hotel for valet parking a nightmare. Very stressful situation with the driveway only large enough to hold five or six cars which backed traffic onto the street and down the block with a lot of angry Philadelphia drivers. Maybe they could move up check in times to avoid rush hour traffic?"

"I'm not a city person, so it was a little stressful to park and navigate the area, but it was fairly easy. While the exterior of the hotel wasn't as glamorous as I feel other Hiltons are, the rooms proved to be the best part."

"They don’t let you take pictures in the lobby if u are going for a birthday pic don’t even waste your time ."

"The beds were made and they had clean towels. But they forgot to clean up the little things. Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. In other words, the staff were really good and very nice at the front desk."

"La habitación nunca la limpiaron y me he quedado en otros hoteles y la limpiaban a diario o cada 2 días,en este hotel llegamos el domingo y vinieron a botar la basura el miércoles y a limpiar el sábado y muy mala la limpieza,en realidad no limpiaron y sólo tendieron la cama y no cambiaron las sábanas,además nos pusieron un cargo de $300 por humo y no fue por fumar,si no por el cepillo eléctrico de mi esposa q se había secado el pelo ese mismo día,por supuesto que voy a llamar a mi banco para quitar ese cargo,yo tengo una compañía de electricidad y les aseguro que el humo q se detectó fue el del cepillo de mi esposa,se de lo que estoy hablando,soy electricista cerrificado,mi esposa bajo y le explicó al manager pero dice que haga la reclamación a la tarjeta de crédito y así lo haré,próximo viaje escogeré otro hotel,no lo recomiendo para nada."
