「Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.」

「Pros: Clean, great location close to beach, spacious and quiet, tissues (I love these for makeup removal and just in general. Most rentals don’t have those for guests). Cons: chirping smoke detector upon arrival, smelled a bit musty and we had to close several windows upon arrival. Overall would stay again! 」

「This is an adorable little cottage located adjacent to the owner's property in a very nice neighborhood that is only 6 blocks from the beach. It is very roomy inside - absolutely perfect for the two of us! The cottage is pristine and well-appointed. Oversized beach towels, terry robes and slipper socks were a very nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property if we travel to the area again.」
