Welcome to 38825 Anna B Street in Dodd's Addition
Located just a short walk to downtown Dewey Beach, this spacious and beautifully designed six-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home offers the ideal blend of comfort, space, and unbeatable location. Tucked into the coveted Forgotten Mile between Dewey and Rehoboth Beach, this home places you just minutes from Dewey's famous oceanfront, vibrant nightlife, live music, and waterfront dining. Whether you're heading to The Starboard for brunch, enjoying an evening concert, or catching a sunset on the beach, everything Dewey has to offer is right at your doorstep.
Inside, the home features four primary bedrooms with private en-suites, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with double ovens and a massive island, and a spacious dining room that seats 14. The second-floor family room offers a queen sleeper sofa and balcony access, while the finished lower-level rec room includes a ping pong table, flat-screen TV, generous seating, a full bath, and an additional bedroom.
Outdoors, relax on the rear patio with a gas grill and seating, or unwind after a beach day in the large outdoor shower. The home also includes Wi-Fi, central HVAC, a full washer and dryer, valet trash service, and parking for four vehicles in the private driveway.
In addition to the short walk to Dewey Beach, you're also just five blocks from Rehoboth's Boardwalk and close to Silver Lake, a peaceful spot with walking paths and wildlife viewing. The community playground on Stockley Street adds to the family-friendly appeal.
Rehoboth Beach is a year-round destination known for its outstanding restaurants, tax-free shopping, and popular events, including Sea Witch, Jazz Fest, the Film Festival, and the Polar Bear Plunge, ensuring there is always something to enjoy in every season.
Linens are not supplied. However, linens can be rented for $199.99. No pets or smoking. Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

This house was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Halfway between Rehoboth and Dewey, it was the perfect location. Easy walk to the nightlife in both towns. Plenty of rooms and space. The basement was perfect for watching sports and playing games.

Wonderful multi-gen family vacation home

We loved this beautiful home that had plenty of space to spread out and to congregate as we wished. Kitchen was well equipped with an abundance of cookware and serving ware. The house was beautifully and comfortably furnished. The beach was a close drive away, as were shops and restaurants, though we wished more was walkable. The one draw back was that the house’s AC had just one zone, located on the main floor. To cool down the upstairs to a comfortable temp meant the basement bedroom was literally frigid, which meant no one was really comfortable at night-someone was either too hot or too cold.

Trash in cans throughout the house. Bins overflowing (not rolled to street by previous renters). Trash included indications of COVID, including a positive rapid test by previous renters. Soiled linens on porch. Our linens delivered very late, after a number of calls to rental agency.

Beautiful house. Nicely designed and decorated. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Ping pong table a plus for all. Some small fixer upper problems were quickly resolved. Only suggestions would be to add robe hooks in the bathrooms and figure out a way to permanently distance the grill from the house for safety to

We were very satisfied with this beach house rental! It was as beautiful in person as it was virtually. We had plenty space for our family of 6. We adored the huge white kitchen (fully equipped) & basement pool table. The property manager was responsive & helpful. Our 1st time renting a beach house was an awesome experience here.

Great space for a group

We had a great stay here and especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen, large dining room table, grill and back patio during our long weekend at Rehoboth. The house was clean, and it had just about everything we needed. It's a nice 10-12 minute walk from the south end of the boardwalk and beach access. We were given the wrong door entry code in our check-in email, but an agent was quickly able to provide the correct code over the phone. There was some wear and tear (a broken drawer in the fridge, for example), and the hot water was hit or miss in the outdoor shower. But overall, this was a great house for our group (which included an infant), and we would stay here again.

A few issues

* Unlocking the front door was difficult at times. It didn’t seem to be consistent and it would take several tries to make it work. * Electric outlets on the fireplace wall didn’t work. Blown fuse? * No hot water for outside shower. * We could not get the Downstairs TV to work. Otherwise, it was a great house. Great kitchen especially, except the doors were not always easy to open. Many were too wide for efficiency.

Poorly maintained

This house is very poorly maintained. The house was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in bathtub, toilet was filthy, crumbs in the microwave, and on stove top. Just to name a few. The entrance door keypad frequently didn’t work and we were locked out several times for 10 minutes or so until it finally unlocked. The dryer was so full Of Lint, it took hours to dry one load. I had to use make shift tools To clean out the trapped lint to be Able to use the dryer. The air-conditioning frequently malfunctioned. We had to turn it off for several hours because it was not working. We never set the thermastate lower than 74 degrees. However, We would wake up in the morning and it will be set to 50°. One morning it was set to 86°. The kitchen is not well organized, and it is missing key items. There were only seven spoons in the house that is supposed to sleep 12 people. There were no steak knives, and No blender. The toilet in the basement is loosely bolted and moves when you sit down. We have been coming to rehoboth for many years, and have never left a bad review. Never needed to. We were just so dissatisfied And disappointed with this house.

Beautiful Home

The owners, and Heather the realtor, were very prompt and communicative and answered any questions we had about the property. The house is beautiful and was spotless when we arrived, having any amenity that you may need. Organizing a Christmas getaway for 2 families, 10 people, can get a bit hectic at times, but our stay here made it more than worth it. Thank you to the owners and Heather for helping us make wonderful Christmas memories that we will recall for many years to come. You’ve found returning renters and recommendations to everyone we know.
