“Great location in Sanur just a few minutes walk to Icon shopping mall if you're into that, lots of local coffee shops and restaurants as well as the tourist trap souvenir shops. The staff on the whole are very friendly and helpful we found the staff not as attentive when we were down on the sun lounges on the beach. Breakfast was included in our package, there was plenty of options to choose from, eggs which ever way you wanted, bacon, chicken sausages, different pastries, cold meats fresh……

“Stayed in Villa Ayana. Clean and modern - but they are relatively new villas. I do hope they keep them maintained. Has everything you need. Water pressure was a little alarming at first but it just takes a while before the pressure kicks in. My advice, start the shower and then brush your teeth while you wait. It will seem ok at first and go to a drizzle and then the pressure comes back. Staff are wonderful, helpful and attentive. When our son had a fever and we required a doctor, they contacted……
