「Check-in easy and quick. 24 hour night entrance means no problem arriving back late. Bed comfortable. Included continental breakfast disappointing at £150 per night. Very basic - no cheese, meats or even bread/toast. Cheapest pre-packaged croissants.」

「Room was too hot for us. (Normal summer day. It had been 21 degrees.) Coffee at £8 each at breakfast was too expensive for us.」

「We booked to stay 2 nights, arrived on Friday which was a heatwave day and was told we would get a fan in our room. When there was no fan in the room, we were told they are all allocated out! When questioned the staff, we got attitude and the response was- fine, you can have my fan, I won't have one! The same night it was thunder and lightning so we left the doors open in our room, 3am we got around 30 - 40 wasps fly into our room landing on us! It was horrific. We called reception and 2 people...
