"Did not receive details from Host to access property and had to find another property to stay. Tried reaching out to Expedia but this is the hardest thing as there is only IA contact and no human contact to be able to explain the situation. I would appreciate if someone would contact me from Expedia regarding this uneventful stay. It was not a good situation to be. Got to the property and was told that there were no reservations in my name (bookings for my mother) and this was very disappointing to say the least. EXPEDIA, PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS URGENTLY, VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER."

"I stayed here for 2 nights it was very nice easy to find my room over looked the swimming pool and beach the room was clean we stayed in the studio apt this is a apartment complex, came back the second week of my vacation and stayed another 2 nights, was a excellent place to stay would stay here again ( I highly recommend )"
