“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“We felt very well in this hotel: near to beach, 20 min to the old town, nice restaurants and bars near by to take aperitivo or for a dinner. The parking worked good for us, 7€ a day but there are also some free spots around the hotel if they are not taken. The breakfast was good, we got freshly cooked eggs every morning and a really good Cappuccino - just ask the lady to make it for you! I would choose this place again, we liked it there! Thank you!!!”

“The staff was amazing! They were so friendly accommodating and very helpful. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They even provided an amazing outdoor brunch which was much appreciated. It is conveniently located near some great dining options, shopping and a major train station. We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to return again in the future. ”
