「A small family-run hotel with just a few rooms. The owner asked about my arrival time and greeted us at the entrance. Exceptionally clean room with free snack and drinks. Walking distance to McDonald and pharmacies. Close to cruise terminal but you cannot walk to the ship. Will have to take the free shuttle which the owner is happy to explain. The air con was not too reactive to adjustment so we open the window. Overall it’s a pleasant stay. 」

「WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! Two couples- two rooms. We departed from the Rome train station and the management of La Lira had sent us directions to their recommended shuttle service. As the directions noted, we met our shuttle service (35 Euros) and took a short ride to our B&B. We were met by Alex who helped check us in and gave each couple three keys. 「Small one floor boutique hotel. If the hours of front desk works for you this is a great location. 10 minute walk to train station and 13 minute walk to cruise shuttle terminal location. Everything else in town is between those two. Small but excellent quality breakfast. Room clean and large,high ceiling. Helpful staff, very nice.」

「My stay of one night was great. The room was immaculate as well as the bathroom. Toiletries were provided along with the bathrobe. It was excellent. Note: One thing that I would comment was that someone did cook from the first floor kitchen and the aroma from cooking was evident in my bedroom. It was night time.」
