"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "Good room, comfy bed, lots of parking and a friendly staff, but no restaurant and free breakfast was very limited, but definitely better than nothing. Would stay again if in the area but would grab food from a supermarket or somewhere else on the way, as there's not much nearby. "
