"Great location and comfortable beds!"

"Two problems - 1. Check-in was VERY slow. It took the front desk staff 20 minutes to check in each guest. There ALWAYS seemed to be a problem. 2. There is a $40/night resort fee that was not included in the Expedia price and was not properly disclosed. It changed the hotel from a less expensive option to a more expensive one. I would've stayed elsewhere., Also - my room was small noisy and I couldn't make it dark due to a window in the bathroom. There was no desk. My friend's room was better though. Same price."

"The location is absolutely fantastic right in the middle of the city. It’s so convenient. The hotel itself was so clean. The employees were so caring and welcoming. They check on us all the time to see if we need anything. The housekeeping staff was so friendly and welcoming the employees at front desk were very friendly. We had access to the 16th floor so that we can grab our breakfast and snacks and everybody over there was extremely super nice very caring very helpful and very kind. I would definitely stay at Hyatt in my next trip to New York."

"The hotel is in very good location with spacious rooms. It is required some updates. It’s include breakfast and happy hour with cheese and shin. Main thing that wasn’t good is that they charge for every little thing as example for each bag that you left for keep before checking or after checkout they asked 1$. I never requested to pay for that no matter where I have been. If the room ready before checking they asked 70$. If you ask for one hour late checkout they asked 39$ per hour. There are very few seats in the lobby area so many people need to sit on the floor."
