「Very friendly welcome and lovely attentive staff at breakfast. Fab food cooked to order for breakfast along with some premium fresh extras like pastries, granola and fruit. It was great having on site parking as this can be a problem when staying in Bath. The hotel and room was well decorated with all the amenities. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows, so had a couple of brilliant nights sleep. Only gripe of the whole stay was that the toliet seat must have broken at some point and had...

「Perfect location, a short stroll from the centre and the Christmas market - the reason for our visit. We were welcomed and pleased to find that our room was available earlier than expected. From the outset we were made to feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was super clean and tidy and the room was lovely and very well decorated. Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. 」
