"Property was clean, staff was friendly, we didn't bring a pet, or use the other amenities so I cannot comment. I would stay here again. Its literally right next to the mall, you could walk. Nice area. There was some construction next door but no major issues. Some of the hotel could use some renovations in the near future though."

"We arrived a couple of hours ahead of checkin and they allowed us to check in early. The room along with the rest of the property was very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was on par. The location was great being right by the mall it was close to attractions and shopping. All in all a great stay. We will be back. "

"Was good for SHORT overnight stay to fly out of DFW the next day! "

"Room was basic, they had some water heater issues so we never got hot water in our room during our two night stay. Could have done a better job cleaning up the debris from the workers. "

"There was a convention of bunch of high schools. Lots of kids running around and making noise at late night. They put us in the vine tower with all the kids were. Wy husband had to call concierge to complain about the noise.? "
