"Hotel and staff were great. Location was walking distance from the train station so it made commuting easy. 7/11 located in the basement of the hotel, super convenient for grabbing waters, snacks, and cash."

"Our stay was great! The room was small but we knew that and made best of it. The staff was super friendly and English was great. After our check out time the hotel was at 10am and our flight at 9pm and the hotel allows you to keep your bags at the hotel after checkout so we could do a bit more exploring without having to go to the airport super early. We picked up our bags around 5pm and went off to the hotel! The hotel was in a great spot and very convenient for travel."

"I would like to say everything was pretty good in the Prince Sunshine Hotel but, there are a few downsides. The location is very convenient, the hotel connects with the sunshine city mall which is great for shopping and dining. The staff at the front desk lacks training (some of them). The Hotel is super busy, hundreds of guests and the hallways and elevators are mostly everyday packed with people and luggage and children running in the hallways, it becomes noisy and crowded. It is a little bit far from Ikebukuro station, if you don’t like, or can’t, walk long distances, probably you have to choose another Hotel. "
