"The property was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the beds were very hard. I had a sore back every morning and didn't get much sleep. "

"Our flight was delayed so we had to checked in late. I just messaged their Facebook page to inform them of our case and they were very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in without hassle. Room service was also done everyday so we always go back to a clean room after touring the whole day. "no tissue paper no tooth brush. better bring or buy after arrival. checkin after working hour is bit difficult unless you speak Thai. The security guard at car park is polite but he doesn't understand English n Chinese at all. no lighting at all at night time so you may miss it. near to chatucha. free parking... "

"They could not find our reservation although we did paid in full. They finally gave us an appartment on the 20th floor (the lower floors are rented for offices). The living room and bedroom are clean and spacious but the kitchen and bathroom are not well maintained (doors falling apart, caulking around the sink and bathtub looks terrible, kitchenware do not look safe/clean). We do not use the gym nor the swimming pool. Do not be fooled by the pictures posted."
