“Excellent location in the heart of Capitola with steps to the Esplanade and beach. Easy check-in with a code to enter the apartment. Very spacious with a large kitchen/living room area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Safe location for me and my 5 granddaughters. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants, live music in the evening and even walked to Santa Cruz and back for breakfast at the Crow’s Nest. Parking was a little challenging. Make sure to use the pass to park in designated areas as it is not……

“Easy on site parking, fantastic location fantastic ocean views from the room. 50 steps to the beach, beach chairs umbrella towels etc provided. Great location for either a relaxed holiday or a busy one enjoying the local restaurants/ bars. Property is clean and well maintained. Could not ask for more. Quieter beaches only a 10 minute drive if wanted. Location has it all”

“We were celebrating our 59th wedding anniversary and enjoyed our stay immensely. Capitola Vista #3 was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The unit was super clean and well supplied with every convenience, including 2 tv's. We will definately book another stay very soon. ”

“This was a great place to stay great location. The rooms are really big and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The Internet and TV connection was great fully stocked kitchen. My only tip would be to ditch the rug in the living space. It has seen a bit of love and the whole place would look spruced up and cleaner without that rug there. ”
