"Comfortable sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful. Most everything clean. Floor (carpet) was really stained and needed to be replaced. Furniture somewhat dated. Overall, would probably stay here again."

"I can’t say enough about the staff! Everyone was so helpful and kind. The entire facility was squeaky clean. Our room, #439, was a corner room with an actual balcony with chairs, a view of cannery row and the bay. Because it was a corner room, it was bigger with a very large bathroom. Nice workout facility and pool too! Walking distance to good restaurants and a mile or two to excellent non-touristy eateries - Monterey Fish House & The Sand Bar on pier 2, so lots of options. We highly recommend the Intercontinental!"
