“We had an excellent stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars. The home was exactly as pictured—if not better. A few hours before our arrival, the host sent a detailed message with check-in instructions, parking information, and everything else we needed to know, which made the arrival process very smooth. Parking is available around the building, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Once inside, everything was easy to access and straightforward. The property was exceptionally……

“The room was not at all like the photos. The floors were very bumpy and there were two TVs which neither worked because they didn’t bother to set them up. No dish cloths, utensils or bowl so it difficult to make meals. The bed was also coming apart.”

YO tuve que escribirles a las 7:00pm para saber qué habitación sería y el código de acceso, de otra forma dudo que ellos me hubieran dicho. 2. No avisaron que no había agua en el apartamento. Comprendo que es una situación que está afectando a toda la isla, pero ellos debieron avisarnos que iba a afectar nuestra……

“honestly, we were pretty disappointed. Based on the photos, we expected a nice relaxing outdoor tub, but it was just a large, dirty space with no real function—definitely not a jacuzzi or soaking tub as advertised. The showering sucked. I wish they had a regular one inside the bathroom. The WiFi was trash and I used a lot of my own personal hotspot. We feel like we made the wrong choice, and I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere……

“Booked from Saturday - Monday and there was zero water. Couldn’t shower, couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t cook / clean. Tried reaching out to the host several times without any response (just repeated message). There was a water shortage in some areas of Puerto Rico but that was communicated to us the night before flying out. Never tried to compensate for the lack of water. Had to book another hotel just to shower and use the bathroom. Also it was listed that there would be a blow dryer in……

“This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!”
