“Room was nice, big, kitchen, great area with multiple metro options, close to places, loved it!!!”

“Absolutely the best in every way we needed. Very peaceful neighborhood, especially after the busy areas like shibuya crossing.”

“Very clean and amazing location, rooftop patio adorable.Downfall,Nowhere to hang clothes or towels in the entire place. Luggage ends up on floor with clothes on floor. Not clean or acceptable.Kitchen is poorly equipped. Minimal number of glasses and no coffee cups Front door difficult to navigate. Whether going in or out could be tricky.Need instructions regarding hot water for people that have not travelled Japan.”

“Property was gorgeous and in a really nice spot. Host has generously prepared a guide to assist with traveling to property from the airport. Host is extremely kind and I would love to rebook again if I'm in the area!”

“Condensed version as forced to resubmit review. Property was changed from max 6 to 4 AFTER we booked. Beds supposedly for 2 were singles with 2 pillows. Toilet cannot be used by anyone much over 6' as two of us were. Condition questionable - broken interior door locks and holes/rips in doors. We could not stay, had to find hotels at the last minute.”

“Perfect for our family of 4 (2 teens)! Very conveniently located to restaurants and trains. We walked to McDonald’s each morning for coffee. The home was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. Great communication with host!”

“Very nice place and the owner is so helpful. I will be here again”

“Beautiful and functional home The beds were a bit uncomfortable as you could feel the springs of the mattress Missing facecloths for washing Otherwise it was great”

“There is no chance all the 5 star reviews are legit. This place is gross. In addition to mystery stains on the furniture, they rooms they sell as non-smoking have a smoking patio 10m from the bed.”

“Extremely clean. Great location. Everything worked great. Would definitely recommend.”

“If you want to visit Tokyo, but aren't a big city person, this is a great spot. Quiet neighborhood, convenient shops and quieter tourist spots nearby. Easy to uber or take train to visit other areas! Very nice space!”

“Amazing place”

“Fantastic place! Great location - where a 3 min walk to the Shin Okubo station lets you easily ride the JY line to all the major spots. While you can get into big city action easily with nearby late night Izakayas or Don Quixote shopping - the house itself is in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. The property was big - we got an extra shower we didn’t expect - and while some of the furnishings were maybe a little bit old fashioned, the place itself was very nice. Ample bedding, towels, two……

“Great little hideaway for our trip to Tokyo. Convenient location, easy to get around but away from the craziness of the city which was nice. Only downside was the beds are small.”

“The house was great, had everything we needed. It was clean, and laid out well. My wife and i even joked that if we were to live in japan, we would want a house like that.”

“Easy check-in, great location close walk to shibuyu crossing and all the shops. House was very new and clean. Photos don’t show how large the place really is. Advertising didn’t say anything about there being a washer machine/ dryer which was great for us having a new born baby. Very under priced for what it was. Having the gym/weights was great as almost all gyms in shibuyu don’t allow day passes. Highly recommend staying here!”
