「They couldn't get me the Airport shuttle saying that it was all booked and I had to find and pay a taxi to get to the airport. Door lock on the washroom door was broken and the door did not lock at all. The beds are tiny and you can't reasonably sleep 2 people on them. The food is way overpriced for the quality.」

「For the money, ESH is a great deal. Very upscale, quiet, and the entire staff will accommodate every need or request at all times. It’s not on the coast, but rather up the hill about 5 minutes from town and the beach. Town is a happening place whereas ESH is simply peaceful. Best of both worlds. 」
