「There are just so many things went wrong. The keys won’t work the first day upon check in. There is no hot water for two days. The bathtub is broken so they give you a bucket to fill up on your own. 「Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

「We checked in the day we arrived just for 1 day. Then we checked backed in during the last 2 days of our stay in Manila, the room that was given to us wasn’t as cold during our first day of stay so we requested our old room back if it was available and the front desk staffs didn’t hesitate at all. Little things like that is greatly appreciated by us. We would always check in at this hotel and I highly recommend it to all. Food was excellent as always and ambiance is very welcoming」
