「Quarto bem espaçoso e limpo com alguns detalhes de limpeza esquecidos mas ok. Adoro o fato de terem cafeteira no quarto. Localização excelente. Mas não gostei nada do fato do cheiro do café da manhã invadir o meu andar. Me sentia enjoada toda manhã. Outra coisa, também , era sair do refeitório com aquele cheiro na roupa. Parecia cheiro de ovos fritos. Não importa a quantidade de perfume que você coloque, o cheiro não sai da sua roupa. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos.」

「I like the hotel, the staff is very nice and the breakfast was simple but good and affordable. I felt safe as a solo traveler 」

「It was central and easy to get around. We had an issue with the airport pickup but it was resolved. 」

「Sink in the bathroom had black mold in it. The water was shut off for 24 hrs and they only gave me 12 hr warning and stated that I received notification but showed them I never did and gave me attitude about it and said well it was posted in the elevator. The guy at the reception I think Enrique had bad customer service and bad attitude. My medication pouch was delivered and was tampered with and he told me they would review the cameras to see if it was them, it took three days to get that video...

「I was in one room and later in the real suite. The real suite is really nice and I like it very much. I would suggest to get rid of the carpet in the one room. The area is quite safe and vibrant with night life if you enjoy it. Walking alone at night is not a problem. Colombia has become pretty safe it seems.」
