Arkansas enjoys Seagrove

Lovely house, very clean, plenty of room and great bathrooms. Communication was great, they were very prompt to reply and helpful. Location is fantastic, close to the square, the beach and Publix. The bikes and the LSV were such a great addition. We used them every day.

Heaven in the Hammocks

The house was good but pictures were not accurate. It’s worn. Thick layer of dust on bedroom lamps. Kitchen was not well equipped. Lack of information on how to get to the beach, etc. We had to figure it out. The mgmt service was great. Excellent communication and response time.

Home was AWESOME!! From the moment we checked in everything was great. Beds were so comfortable. Best location to Seaside about 10min walk and golf cart maybe 5 min.

Cozy comfort

This was our first time visiting this area. The house was great and perfect for our family. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking and biking through the Watercolor areas and also taking the golf cart to Seacrest center. The beaches were an easy access once we figured out where to go. The driveway is borderline small for two full size SUVs but we made it work. The management was easy to reach when needed. Overall was a wonderful week. Thanks

Clean and Spacious

From the second we opened the door we were beyond pleased with this house. It is nicer in person than the listing photos and each room was spaced out well so we never felt crowded. The mattresses and linens in the rooms with king beds were soft and comfortable and the curtains blocked all the light, which is nice for kids who nap. The golf cart was a must have and we used it several times a day. We loved the home was right next to the pool but spent the most time swinging on the front porch. It rained the entire week we were there, so this porch brought solace and room for outdoor activities despite the heavy rain.

Beautiful Home

This property is incredible. We were able to park 2 mid size SUVs in the driveway and used the golf cart (and also rented an additional golf cart) to get around the area. It was such an easy drive to Publix, the beach, Seaside, The Hub, and 30A Coastside. I would highly recommend staying at this home. If you are sensitive to cars driving by I recommend not staying in the master bedroom (I easily was able to use a fan noise on my phone to cancel out the noise). The movie room upstairs is super cool, but isn’t a smart TV so we never used it. However the home is decorated beautifully, the gated community is spectacular and makes you feel like you are in your own home in paradise. This is truly a great home. We had 3 couples (6 adults) and 2 kids under 5. Fit us perfectly! Would stay again.

Horrible dirty and non functioning house

This was by far the worst property that we have ever rented in this area and we have been coming every summer for 16 years.. the house was in terrible condition there was no air for the first 9 days in the upstairs room and the refrigerator never worked properly as the door was broken so the property manager tried to hold it together with duck tape. If you are looking for a house to rent please be aware that this house has clearly seen better days

Nicely decorated convenient house

This house is beautifully decorated (definitely professionally done) in small quaint neighborhood in Seagrove - just adjacent to Seaside and Watercolor. The kitchen, dining room, and living area was very spacious and nicely designed. The master bedroom was lovey too. The upstairs room was dark and “creepy” to my nieces who instead slept on the sofa. The included golf cart was a MASSIVE benefit to this house. Communication and responsiveness of property managers was excellent as we had a couple issues initially with the AC and golf cart. - We had issues with the AC but they sent someone out to help service the HVAC while we were there that seemed to have resolved it - Golf cart was not charged when we got there or so we thought. It’s had actually been turned off under the seat and we had to have someone come out to turn it on. These were small inconveniences, but our only major true gripe was that the property definitely looked worn and not maintained in detail - which didn’t show up on the photos. We noticed a lot of light bulbs out (really simple maintenance), a chip on a bathtub, scratched hardwood floors, etc. This didn’t feel like just one season of wear but a couple seasons of wear. It definitely showed that the place was corporate owned and efficiently maintained but not lovingly maintained. I can’t blame them and we’d definitely stay there again, but just something to note.

Great house with a few hiccups...

First, I will start off with saying how beautiful the house was. Lovely decor, spacious and lots of character. Sadly, upon arrival, we discovered the freezer was leaking onto the hardwood floor. The property manager was quick to respond and had the property repairman stop in the next day. The leak was stopped, but the freezer door didn't close properly and a appliance tech was needed. I was never contacted again in regard to a tech's appointment, so we were unable to use the freezer during our stay. Kind of a bummer since we had 4 teenagers on the trip. The other issue I had with the house is it sits about 15-20 feet from Hwy 395. The master bedroom, second bedroom and upstairs have constant road noise. LOUD road noise. Road noise that starts about 5:30 am and tapers off around midnight. That may not be an issue for some, but even with a white noise machine, it often woke us up. In regard to beach proximity, it's great. I will say, it was easy to find bike parking, but parking the golf cart for beach access was quite the challenge. We sometimes ended up walking farther from our parking space than if we had just walked from the house. The community pool is directly across from the house. It was very quiet... small with nice lounge chairs but in June, the pool already felt like a very warm bathtub. Overall, the experience was a 4 star... the house was great, but there was a lot of work involved in getting to the beach and quite a few sleepless mornings.

Beach Break

The home was perfect for us. Abundant room for us, well decorated and had plenty of amenities. Close to Publix and .4 Mike to the beach, it was perfect. The golf cart is a big plus.

Girls Weekend Trip

Very beautiful, cozy and comfortable home! The golf cart was a great resource and as such we didn't need a rental car. The only potential downside is the close proximity to a 2-lane highway and early morning traffic; however, sleeping with background white noise helped conceal it. We loved our stay and would gladly come back next year!

This house has it all. The common areas are as large as they look on line. We had plenty of room for 8. The bathrooms are large. The beds are super comfy. The golf cart was an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect! Just so you can plan well…the entire subdivision has tight parking. Two large SUVs would not fit in the parking pad. Our mid size SUVs fit, but it was tight. I read other reviews complaining about the traffic noise. While I could hear cars from time to time, it was not bothersome at all. This place is wonderful!!

Perfect Place

Our son got married in Watercolor. This was a great location. 1/2 mile to the beach. Everything was so close but out of the middle of the chaos of Seaside. Easy to get around traffic! Place was cute. Pool was right outside the door. Quaint cul de sac. Only negative is parking and backing up every time you leave the house. It was not convenient. We like the place a lot. My husband and I Stayed with Mother in-law, mom and her husband, son and his girlfriend. It was plenty big enough. Beware of the ceiling upstairs. Great space but easy to bang your head.

Wonderful visit!

The house was beautifully decorated with a perfect layout for our families. A short bike ride to the heart of Seaside and a short walk to the beach made for a perfect location!

Great for teens

We loved the accessibility of Seaside, the beach, and the grocery. We used the golf cart and bikes every day. The house is sooo cute. Especially loved the huge kitchen and porch. Our teens felt safe and went to Seaside each night to get ice cream. Only downside is street noise early in the morning in the master, but we could deal with it. Loved our stay!! 😍

Perfect Getaway

The house is lovely. The bedrooms are a good size with nice bathrooms. Loved the large kitchen to hang out in with family. The golf cart was such a nice convenience to get us around the area. Would definitely stay here again.
