Nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, this property sits off Florida's renowned 30A strip. Offering three bedrooms, two baths, and a large patio, this property is the perfect location for your 30A getaway! Exquisitely decorated, this property offers all the comforts of home- including washer and dryer for your convenience! A couple things that drew us to this property was the short walk to the beach and central location for all things 30A!

This beach modern condominium is located on the 2nd floor for extra privacy. Main bedroom with private full bath and plush king bed. Balcony access from main bedroom and living room. Main bedroom includes black out curtains and large walk-in closet and chest of drawers. Second bedroom with cozy queen bed, black out curtains and wall mounted smart TV. Third bedroom includes Twin over Full bunk with twin trundle with wall mounted smart TV. Adjacent full bathroom. Baths include toiletry starter kit to include hand soap and starter bath amenities including 1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner. Towels, hand towels, and wash cloths provided.

Our fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher, microwave and disposal and oven range. Granite countertops and bar with seating. Keurig coffee maker, blender, waffle iron, blender and every amenity your chef needs. Plentiful assortment of dishes are sure to keep your family beach dinners in style. One roll of paper towels, starter dish liquid, starter dishwasher tabs, and starter kitchen trash bags included with your stay.

Our open floor plan with dining and living room with sleeper sofa open to kitchen and balcony. Balcony seating available to watch the sunset from your home away from home. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for your enjoyment.

This unit includes washer and dryer in separate utility room.

Clean linen initiative participant: All linens, are pulled off of property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every turn.
