Perfect Vacation Spot

Absolutely perfect vacation property. House was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had just enough of what you need, beach was a short walk, neighborhood was quiet and nothing to complain about. We will come back to this place in the future.

We loved the house, we had a total of 10 adults and kids and there was enough space for everyone. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Love the place.

Wonderful house in a great location

Great time highly recommend

Spacious and clean place with plenty of great amenities including games, tennis court. Went down with a group of 10 adults and plenty of room. Close to the beach and to restaurants. Kismet team concierge prior to arrival and during our stay had prompt responses and were able to make the process of check in and checkout seamless. Definitely will make our way back!

The Grand Place

My family and I just stayed at the "grand" place last week and we loved it. So much space for everyone. We had 12 of us, 4 parents and 8 kids ages from 19-9. Everyone enjoyed their stay here. We especially loved the pickleball court which is just steps away. Us parents sat at the outdoor table and watch the kids play (when we were not playing ourselves) Highly recommend staying here.

Paradise! Amazing memories!

Our close group of mom friends took our rising senior HS boys here for their first week after exams and this place did not disappoint!! SO MUCH SPACE and we needed it with 6 young men of 17 years old. The location to the beach access, to the square at Seaside, to the neighborhood pool, etc was PERFECT. We bragged to all of our friends in the area about this amazing property and the management company. We received the perfect amount of communication about the property, amenities and expectations before we arrived, while we were there and just before we departed. 100% recommend - except when we plan our next trip because we want to keep this secret to ourselves!

Adorable, Cozy, Clean and Convenient

My husband and I brought our teenage daughter and a few of her friends. All of the beds were clean and comfortable. We loved the spacious living room with lots of comfortable seating. The golf cart was great to have and we used it for short drives into seaside. The girls rented bikes and were able to be at the beach in a flash. If you're looking for a great place to stay in a quaint little neighborhood, I highly recommend A Grand Place.

We had a great time at A Grand Place!!

The house worked out perfectly for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was ideal, walking distance to the beach and both community pools, and close to seaside. We loved having the neighborhood tennis/pickle ball court in the back yard and also having the use of the golf cart and the bicycles. My family and I had a great vacation!!

Great house/location for family vacation

Our family of nine stayed at this property during our fall break and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect - 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min bike ride to Seaside, and there is a pool in the neighborhood as well. The home was beautiful and easily accommodated 8 adults and 1 child. We all look forward to coming back soon for another stay!

Perfect getaway!

We brought our 3 kids and each had a friend. 8 people in all with ages ranging from 13-19. Plenty of space and the perfect set up and location for our group. The property was lovely. Would definitely book again next time we visit sea grove!

Great place!

9 of us stayed here- had a fantastic stay. Room for plenty more people! You never know if a place will be as nice as the pictures. Rest assured, this house was great! Clean, didn’t feel dated at all (some rentals can..), fantastic location. Our crew biked to Seaside and Watercolor daily. Having a golf cart for groceries was key. We didn’t even need to rent a car for a stay because it was so much a great location. Upon arrival, one of the bikes had a broken chain, and it was promptly fixed- great communication!! (Also, the house mentioned it didn’t have beach towels, but it actually had a huge basket of clean beach towel- so we didn’t need to pack them!)

Wir waren 3 Wochen in "A Grand Place" und hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt: Das Haus ist geräumig, hichwertig und oraktisch eingerichtet mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Außenterasse ist direkt neben eibem cersteckten Tennuscourt, den außer uns niemand zu finden schien. Der Hausmeister kam sofort, als wir kleinere Fragen hatten und due Räder sowie der Cart rundeten den Aufenthalt oerfekt ab.

We love this house!!

This was our 2nd year staying in this area and this house. It fits our family so well. We have 3 married children with 2 small grandsons. It’s nice having 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The porch with the swing off the master bedroom was our favorite place to spend every morning with our grandsons. They loved the swing! And if they woke up during the night, our daughter-in-law had the 3rd floor bonus room to take them so they wouldn’t wake anyone else up. They could watch TV and sleep on the couch. The house is decorated so beautifully and the kids used the tennis courts behind the house a lot! We rented bikes and rode to the Seaside town center enjoying the shops and food trucks. It’s a great neighborhood and not too far to walk to the beach! Would highly recommend-especially for large families!! It has become our favorite vacation spot!

Perfect location!

This is the second time we have stayed in Grove by the Sea location. It is the perfect spot. It allows quick access to the beach, and all the beach town spots. We enjoyed this home. Nice size bedrooms and plenty of space. Great access to tennis courts, approximately 17 steps from back door. Enjoy!

very clean and spacious. beach access was almost a half a mile but straight shot across 30a. beach was not crowded which was a plus!
