We had coffee every morning under the pergola and it was so peaceful listening to the morning waves. The house and grounds are as gorgeous as the photos and we felt right at home immediately. It was clean and well appointed and so close to everything you need in terms of eating|drinking|socializing. We will definitely be back.

The pest control and the TV situation needs to be addressed before we could recommend it to a friend. The lone TV was the size of a computer monitor. It needed to be in and would be suitable for the Master BR. The living room needs a larger screen.

The house is amazing, filled with light and interesting spaces, and it has a beautiful, timeless design. Other reviewers have mentioned the TV situation. Personally, I like that the TV does not compete with the spectacular views and beach vibe. However, in the late fall and winter when days are short, it would be nice to be able to stream. We solved this by bringing our own inexpensive streaming device. A nice upgrade would be to increase the TV size so that more than two people can watch comfortably. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The house felt bigger than what was indicated by the actual square footage. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the beach!

After 12 years of staying in 30A, this was our favorite rental. Gorgeous balcony right on the beach and views of the sea from whole back side of house. Excellent location near the pavilions ( Tupelo was closest). Some of the furnishings were a bit worn out but it contributed to the beachy casual charm.

Perfect location

First - yes the parking is a little tight, fit a Jeep Wrangler perfectly but might be hard to get out of an Expedition or something. Second - reserve chairs through Cabana Man early, they sell out many months in advance. The location and house are just perfect. Great spot to watch the ocean and a quick walk to all seaside has to offer. Looking forward to our next trip.
