Great house at WC

Great location. House was spacious enough for the 9-10 of us. A few minor issues with the house, but the property manager addressed these adequately and very quickly. Porches are amazing! Used the bikes every day

Great house & location but TOTALLY INADEQUATE HOT WATER RESOURCE.

Will seek other property with better hot water capacity. This was a big disappointment. Would like a refund in some amount.

TV’s (entire audiovisual system) is outdated and needs to be updated.

Clothes dryer needs to be replaced. Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable and needs replaced. Couches are stained and covers very uncomfortable. Great location, awesome porches and roomy. All this said, we would stay here again but needs some updates with furnishings.

Best Location in Watercolor

Wow. What a beautiful house. The swing on the front porch was so nice and relaxing. The location could not have been better...just walk across the road and you're at Camp Watercolor. The 4 bikes that were included was a nice touch. I didn't think that we'd use them, but the bike rides turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. I also like the fact that the golf cart rental pickup and drop off (and Publix) was a short walk away, so you didn't have to have someone drive you there. This was everything it was advertised to be...we will be back again!

We loved the location right across from the pool and all of the porches were perfect for relaxing at night and during the rain.
