Coastal Living is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in beautiful Seagrove Beach. Coastal Living is carved out in an exclusive neighborhood off 395, directly north of 30A, and is conveniently nestled between the popular communities of Watersound, Seaside, and Watercolor. With only a little more than a quarter mile separating you from the Gulf, you’re only a short walk from the white-sanded beaches and crystal blue water. Not to mention, you are less than a mile from fun family activities, delicious restaurants, and desirable boutiques in the surrounding communities.

This beautifully inspired home is just what you found yourself needing for your family vacation. Perfect for families or couples on a single floor plan with plenty of privacy for all.

Stepping out from the generous living area, you enter onto a large screened in patio, providing easy and comfortable relaxation to enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinners, and made complete with an easily accessible grill. Conveniently connected to the family room, you will find the 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms. Each corner bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed.

You will find all that you need in this well appointed home, outfitted with 3 TV's and high speed internet, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The dining table seats 4 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen countertop for any family meal! Enjoy the provided kayak as well!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The house was ok. In my opinion needs renovation from inside. The furniture is old, floor carpets are not clean. With kids who are sitting on the floor all the time, is not clean enough. The communication with manager was good, helps all the time with everything.

Our time at this property was great! The house was clean, had all the amenities. Close to the beach, store, dining. The pool is gorgeous! Overall our stay was amazing! If I had toPick one thing to improve, it would be more comfortable beds/pillows- but I understand everyone prefers something different. Nothing that would prevent us from staying here again! Communication was phenomenal!

Perfect rental

House was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Pool and screened in the enclosure was a hit. The garage had 3 bikes, a kayak, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler, as well as wagons to tote everything to the beach. Basically, everything you would need for a beach vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in 30A and this rental.

We had a wonderful time at Coastal Living VRBO. It was very walkable to the town area of Seaside. The garage was stocked with all of your beach needs. The front door is a little hard to get into. Also, the kitchen has all of the tools you will need (coffee maker, blender, toaster), but you will need to buy the little things like ziplocks, salt and pepper, coffee filter etc. I feel those are things are expected when staying in a house rental. Overall very happy with the stay.

The property is excellent. House and pool are beautiful. Kids had a great time riding the included bikes. It's a wonderful neighborhood. This was our 3rd time staying in this neighborhood and it never disappoints.

Great location and amenities. The pool was wonderful. We do wish there were a few more essentials that could have helped keeping things clean. ie, cleaning supplies, aluminum foil and beach towels.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the home overall and were very happy with the location and amenities. It's a beautiful house and neighborhood, and we especially loved the patio and backyard. As a heads up that you can't see in photos - there is construction at a nearby house that you can hear while sitting outside, but there seems to be ongoing construction throughout the area generally speaking.There is room for improvement regarding the management company providing very limited supplies (they note this at the very bottom of the listing). You should buy or bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. We asked in advance, but didn't hear back from the management company until our day of travel for something that we needed for our trip so we had to make a back up plan, and we had an issue with one of the appliances. The management company is responsive by text, but the texts seem to be auto-generated. When we called, we weren't able to speak to someone live.

Loved our stay! Very clean!

We had such a great time at this property. We really didn’t want to leave! The pictures on here really don’t do this house justice, it feels so much bigger than the listing shows. The ceilings are so high, and the screened in porch is amazing! Loved sitting out there during the rain storms and relaxing. The full size washer and dryer were great! The house was well equipped with all the things we needed. There was even a hair dryer in all the bathrooms. It was just a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to our new fav coffee shop Beachy Bean. The neighborhood is quiet and we even saw some cool lizards. The only thing I’d say that wasn’t great was the amount of fire ants all over in the pavers around the pool. We had to be super careful where we walked and a few of us had some bites even then. Definitely didn’t deter us though, we’re already talking about the next time we come back!

Seaside weekend

The house was perfect. Furnishings were beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and outdoor area. Plenty of bikes, kayak and outdoor sports equipment. The kitchen had some supplies ie pots and pans, flatware, dishes. Bring extra toilet paper, soap, trash bags etc. no pool towels are provided.

Great house!

This house was everything my family and I needed and more. We loved having the pool!! There was a few times some debris from homes being finished in back got into the pool but other than that no complaints. This home is extremely close to public beach access. I would of loved to rebook but was quoted more than half increase for next year. The beds weren’t too bad but to raise the rate like that, better beds would keep future guests happy and satisfied for sure.

We have been coming to seaside for years. Great place for family and friends. This was the first time we stayed here and will be back. Great location.. perfect size for our family and the pool Was a plus!!! Very comfortable and clean!

Perfect location, wonderful condition, easy! I hosted 6 teenage girls who called this vacation epic! They loved the house & pool. It was 2 blocks from the Public beach entrance that they all had bikes (provided with the house) to get to & from all restaurants, shopping & most importantly the beach parties. They were several cops patrolling the area to keep them safe and made sure everyone was home by curfew. Will book here again!!!

Great house; horrible construction noise

This house would have gotten a 5 star but for the very noisy and disruptive construction. The house itself was nicely laid out, had a modern and well-stocked kitchen, and extras in the garage (like a sea kayak and bikes). Easy walk to the beach and close to a Publix. The problem was the construction which was not your average neighborhood construction. It was extremely noisy - large beeping machines - and started early and ended late. You can hear it inside with all doors and windows closed. Using the pool was not an option when it was in full gear (we learned to enjoy the only break over the lunch hour). I really feel like the management company should warn guests of this while it is going on because it’s so disruptive, especially if guests plan on being outside. I contacted them twice and the response was there is construction everywhere and they don’t control it, which is true but this particular construction project is much closer to the house and noisier than usual. Once this project is over, it’s a great house and we would even return but not while it is going on. Looks to be at the beginning of the project. Would also be nice to heat the pool as it was chilly even in mid April. Also there are no beach towels and only small bar soaps.

Best location ever

We loved this property. Both of our sons had their own bedroom, and our huge master with the best walk-in shower you've ever seen was on the other side of the house. The swimming pool was the perfect place the gather before and after the beach. And the beach was a very short 10 minute walk away.

Super quiet place to rest

We loved having the pool outback …. It was super nice . Just a walk to the beach and food trucks … we took morning walks and bike rides through watercolor . The house was perfect ! We loved the place and defintely recommend .

Coastal Living Santa Rosa Style

We very much loved our week at Coastal Living. A very nice, comfortable home that was easy to enjoy, The best part of the house was the large enclosed lanai and beautiful waterfall pool! There is so much outdoor seating, which makes it great for entertaining! There’s also a great outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach! I do wish the inside dining table seated six instead of four. There are two barstools for seating at the kitchen countertop which is nice. Also, the arched upper windows in the front bedroom would be more sleep friendly if they window coverings of some kind. Overall all Coastal Living is a great vacation rental!

Seagrove Beach Getaway

We enjoyed this location immensely! It was just a short bike ride to the beautiful white sandy beach and local restaurants. The home was comfortable and the pool pristine (yet cold during our stay). It was the perfect time to go between Springbreak and Summer travelers. We would love to stay here again.

Spring Break

We are a family of five & we enjoyed our recent stay. We loved the location & being able to walk so quickly to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool once, but it was very cold. It was helpful to have so many bathrooms. There were a lot of bikes in the garage already, so it wasn’t necessary to rent bikes. There was also a red wagon that would be help for younger kids. The house could have been cleaned better before we got there. Since we stayed during coronavirus, I would’ve appreciated feeling like the house was thoroughly cleaned. Also, some of the things at the house- extra sheets, some towels, a rug in one of the bedrooms- are definitely in need of being replaced due to holes or stains. Overall, we enjoyed it.
