Great location/amenities for family trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The golf cart and beach toys under the house were so helpful. The beach access is really close. The house was perfectly outfitted for our family.

Great home in a great location with beautiful white sand beach.

Life is Golden is a nice home with plenty of space. It is a short (5 minutes or less) walk to pool, beautiful beach, and yummy restaurant. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the area and exploring the nearby town. We also enjoyed the fire pit out back in the evening. Santa Rosa is a beautiful place. We would definitely visit again.

Best Place!

We absolutely loved this place! The golf cart was a major plus for us, we used this a ton! Super convenient and easy to get around! Very center with many local spots and the beach! The beach was a quick 2 minute golf cart ride or 5 minute walk! This home had everything you could have ever needed! We love this place and will definitely come back!

Great location-close to beach-nice amenities

This is a nice little house stay. Very close to beach access, good size house for a family. Only complaint is it is not a 4 bedroom. It is a 3 bedroom with a number in a living area upstairs. We loved the e-bikes (had 2 advertised 4) and other toys that accompanied the place. Was very clean and management was responsive.

Amazing first time in 30A

We thoroughly enjoyed our first day at 30 a at the beautiful and luxurious life is golden rental. The house decorations were amazing and very chic. Having a suite with each bedroom was amazing. And we used the golf carts and bikes every day—what a treat!

Perfect Vacation

This was our first time visiting 30a and we could not have been happier. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The location was ideal, having just a few minute walk to the beach. It was so nice to have the golf cart and bikes to use as well. Aaron was quick to respond when we had questions. We will definitely stay at “Life is Golden” again.

Fourth of July Family Get Away

We had a great stay at Life is Golden. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items. Used the grill every night and it worked great. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Lots of beach towels. Hand soap, body lotion and shampoo and conditioner were provided. Nice touch. Golf cart was a bonus, lots of bike but we did not have time to use. Management company and maintenance guy Gary were very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. Very short walk to pool and beach. We created lots of wonderful family memories during our stay.

Relaxing New Years Vacay

A gorgeous home, incredible support, and the beach steps away! If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing home, plenty of space with loved ones and break from them as well, this beauty delivers. Every room with a comfy king bed and your own bathroom, outside TV and living area, huge living room, and table to seat our family of 7. The bikes and golf cart further complimented this already gorgeous beach home. The communication and support were amazing. This was our 1st time having some concerns come about, but everything was handled quickly and resolved. We love Charming Way and can’t wait to stay again! You’ve far exceeded our expectations. The pictures are great but even more impressive in real life. Thank you for hosting us and allowing our family to create lifetime memories.
