Wonderful house- great location

This house was beautiful and in a very convenient location. The golf cart and bikes made getting to the beach very easy. We had two small issues…1. The upstairs bedroom with two sets of bunk beds has no door. I feel like this should be made clear in the description because most people assume all bedrooms have a door. No door on a bedroom is not ideal. 2. The two twin beds listed in the common space is actually a trundle bed. This could be ok depending on who is sleeping in that room, but again I think it should be made clear in the description.Other than these two issues, we loved the house. The front porch is amazing for morning coffee and the screen porch was perfect for dining outside. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach and to camp watercolor. Also really close to the dragonfly pool!

Best property manager and lovely corner lot home

We absolutely loved this beautiful new home, service and location. We discovered an issue with the golf cart and the property manager went above and beyond to help us out the entire stay - he was honestly the best property manager I’ve ever experienced with prompt and helpful communication throughout. We used and appreciated the bike and trailer (nice addition), washer/dryer, and grill. The Publix grocery store is around the corner. Some suggestions to improve future stays: the WiFi upstairs was not strong - the home could use an extender/mesh device. The bunk bed room gets hot because of a lack of a cooling vent - the large box fan in the closet helped. The Dyson vacuum battery needs replacing. We’ll be back for another stay.

Solis Fambam vacation

Water color was awesome as always even with the weather we had an awesome time! Beach was clean the camp water color and beach club was very nice! The house was everything we hoped for!
