It's centrally located on a quiet street just a few blocks from a public beach access and Grayton's restaurants like the famous Red Bar, Chiringo, and AJ's! The outdoor living areas are exquisite, and the private pool and bocce ball court provide great entertainment for all ages when not enjoying the beach. There is also a covered grilling area and patio that is the perfect spot to hang out and relax by the pool.
