Great getaway!

Grayton is a quiet family area! Beach was not crowded! The house was amazing! There were 4 couples, three children, and plenty of room! The pool was great for all of us but especially the baby! The layout deck in the pool was a great place for him to play! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone with a large group!!

Beautiful home architecturally and in decor, plenty of space and the layout was perfect for our extended family; the location was ideal. The floors were not exceptionally clean upon arrival, there were no beach towels as listed, and the refrigerator was not working properly, so a smaller one was brought in and placed in the dining area with zero explanation prior to arrival. We loved the pool and porch, balcony views, and the bedding! Also grateful for the door alarms as we had a 2 year old to keep track of!

very clean, pretty, convenient, quiet. Having bikes and golf cart to use was a big plus. Refrigerator did not work and we reported this on the morning after arrival. An additional smaller fridge was brought and we lost a few perishables in the process.

Loved our stay at Magnolia Dream. The home was lovely, well laid out, and very conveniently located within Grayton Beach. It was well stocked with dinnerware, eating utensils, glasses, etc as well as plenty of towels. We had 8 people from 3 generations and could have comfortably had many more. Only minor issue was the tv in the living room could not get past the login screen where it asked for a PIN number but no problem on the other 6 tv's in the house. We don't gather at the beach to watch tv so it wasn't an issue for our family but might be for someone else. After 20 years of going to South Walton, Grayton Beach is now my family's favorite place to stay. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Everything about our trip was wonderful. Check in was super easy. We loved the house, the pool was great, as well as the bikes and golf cart. Check out was exceptionally stress free. We highly recommend this house.
