Beautiful house in Blue Mountain Beach. Wonderful location; quiet neighborhood. We did not use the pool as the weather was somewhere that we spent everyday at the beach. House is well equipped for anything you could want and need! Love the convenience of having the 4 bikes that come with house rental, and I highly recommend adding the golf cart onto your rental. The house is too far from the beach to not need it! RealJoy , the management service, was very communicative and easy To get in touch with .

Great beach house

Loved the stay here, house had everything you need to enjoy a weeks back vacation. Very close to beach access by car or bike. Very comfortable beds, and plenty of space for 9 people in our group. Only thing not supplied were beach towels. Pool was very nice as well!

Perfect for our family of 7!

This was our first time to the area and this property was exactly what we wanted and needed. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out (with 5 kids ages 9-16 this was super impt!) but plenty of space to hang all together as well. Immaculately clean and decorated just enough - beachy without being tacky lol. Easy walk to the pool and beach access was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great Family Setting

The property was great. The cleaning could have been a little better as we found hair in the bathroom, slow draining tub and some cigarette butts outback..other than that the place was perfect. Also they only provided 1 towel per person and no spare toilet paper rolls.

Fantastic family vaca in 30A

We LOVED our stay at Sunshine Shack. The kitchen was well stocked. The AC worked great!! There are 3 full baths 1 powder room. We loved having 3 comfortable King Size beds and ample outdoor seating!! The pool is great and has golf cart parking space. We didn’t see it anywhere in the listing but we were able to park 3 cars in the driveway - including a large SUV. We would have loved to have a TV in the “kids room.” 2 of our young adults slept in there and that was a miss for them. The back door “sticks” quite a bit and the smoke alarm was super sensitive to the toaster. But those were entirely manageable. Communication through the app prior to arrival was not great. But once we connected with RealJoy property management, they were great. RealJoy was super responsive to our needs during our stay.We enjoyed meals at 3 Sons BBQ and Shunk Gulley. Delicious food at Mimos Italian where people dressed UP and DOWN. Reservations recommended for Mimos.We found beach access and space to be manageable but needed the golf cart due to distance. Super easy ride on the cart, though. Parking in Seaside was a real challenge for us. Recommend taking an Uber or having someone drop you off. My husband literally parked 1.5 miles away after dropping us off. But we had good food and lots of shopping opportunities there! We did a beach bonfire with Native and highly recommend it!! Brandon took great care of us!!Thanks for a great stay in 30A!!

Great Fall Beach Trip!

Property was as advertised. The cleanliness was what you’d expect to get from nice hotels, so had clean linens and towels. Would definitely recommend for large families looking for a beach vacation.

Just what we needed

House we perfect for hosting two families with kids. New, clean and well stocked. Easy enough access to Blue Mnt Beach but a great pool area for days where you need a break. All in all this is what you would want in a VRBO.

Beautiful new house near the beach. Very very clean. Having the bikes and the bike trail in our backyard was awesome! Nice beach town. Highly recommend staying here
