Check in was very easy, came in an email days before our arrival so everything was ready to go! Great property but lots of stairs so be prepared. Also the early check out time of 9am was a shock but all good!

Access to the beach is fantastic. For us, that was the biggest selling point and it was worth it! Condo layout was perfect for our needs. Note that there are two flights of stairs to get to the condo, in case you have anyone with physical limitations in your group. We would stay there again!

Construction and lots of noise. Not happy.

I’m leaving a bad review due to construction. I also paid a a significant fee to have a pool heated, it was not heated on arrival. Also, the two homes/condos in front of ours had nonstop construction, including a constant crew from 6am in the morning until 7pm at night. It was the same HOA so it’s easy to assume that the owners of my condo were aware. This construction included hammers and wheeled grinders running all day long. The pool had white debris floating in it from this construction crew. The property had no one cleaning the pool so I was inclined to clean it to keep the floating debris out of my children’s mouth. I was not informed about any construction (or given a discount) for the constriction taking place which made our vacation not so relaxing. Perhaps look somewhere else, because the construction was not complete. We should’ve been informed. I paid top dollar for a not so top dollar experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can honestly say that our recent stay at the Beach Haus was amazing. The unit was very clean, spacious, and close to everything. We absolutely loved the master suite. The entire units decor was very modern/costal which we loved. The kitchen was well equipped with a large island that we gathered around daily. Joey and team were great as he would quickly respond with any ask. I would definitely recommend the Beach Haus. Thanks again for an amazing vacation!!Chris

Great location , easy access to beach

The condo was very nice., clean, and enough room for 2 couples, 1 adults, and one teen . Only reason for the 4 stars was there was a few very minor maintenance issues that was correct immediately. Response form management company excellent.

This condo is the perfect location and setting for a great beach vacation. Steps from the beach, pool, and bike path. Ice cream about a minute walk and great pizza right down the street. The condo was spacious for our extended family and we loved the balcony. Great stay!
