Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach - TraSeas Escape - REDUCED FALL RATES
Upon entering "TraSeas Escape" you will find a stunningly gorgeous and professionally furnished open living / dining / kitchen area. The home features large porches, a gas grill, and plenty of parking for your family. Large flat screen TV's, formal dining area that seats 6, breakfast bar with additional seating, and a fully stocked kitchen.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV with an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower.
Also on the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Each of these bedrooms features King size beds and flat screen TV's.
And for the kids, who doesn't love a fun Queen over Queen bunk bed for them to relax and play after being at the beach all day! This room has its own private bathroom as well.
The home was completed in May of 2018 and features top of the line appliances. We know you will love this home and come back and visit year after year.

Our family enjoyed the house, and would rent again next year! The owner/host did a great job. Comfortable beds, AC and newer TV’s worked well, plenty of space, nicely decorated and very clean, well stocked including the little things that matter, nice gas grill with gas provided, beach gear available in the garage, you name it! All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor FYI. We love Blue Mountain Beach and staying in the Lakeside neighborhood or nearby Redfish Village, but this might be our new favorite Lakeside rental going forward.

Great location and beautiful house! Heather was fantastic to work with. Walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, and the ice cream shop. This is the second year we’ve stayed in Lakeside community and absolutely love the location!

Beautiful house, walk to the beach
The house was perfect for us (4 adults and 3 kids) and we loved being able to walk to the beach (~10 minutes-15) and pool (~2 minutes). The house is walking distance to several great restaurants, too! We’d definitely stay here again when we come back to 30A!

Beach Paradise
We really enjoyed our stay. Walked to dinner at Red Fish Taco and cinnamon rolls for breakfast at the local bakery. Just a short walk or ride to the beach. This house was perfect for a beach trip, a covered area to load and unload car, a hose to wash off beach gear and an out door shower with hot water. Kitchen was nice with plenty of utility items, made preparing meals fun and easy.

Beautiful Family Beach House
We loved our stay at this property. The home was decorated so cute and everything was very well cared for. It had an awesome kitchen and large family room for hanging out. The house was equipped will cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and more. The neighborhood itself was very quite and family friendly. We chose to use a golf cart to get around, but you could walk to the public beach just down the road. The property manager was very helpful an responsive. Checkin could not have been easier. We would love to come back to Santa Rosa with our family and stay in this property again. This property was one of the highlights of our vacation.

Perfect beach get-away
We absolutely LOVED a this house. It’s meticulously clean and well-stocked for a convenient stay. The four bikes made for effortless beach access (though only a 10 minute walk instead of ride). It’s close to the cute Blue Mountain Creamery and Red Fish Taco so food was easy too. Such a precious house-we will plan to stay again!

Wonderful!

Beautiful house. We did rent a golf cart to go to the beach. The closest beach access was very crowded so we went 2 blocks down and the beach was wonderful! Loved the bikes at the house. The only negative was the small pool area.
