Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this recently remodeled condo is just 2 miles from Seaside and within walking distance of some of 30A’s favorite restaurants, cafes, and shops. Spend your days relaxing on the sugar-white sand beaches, biking the scenic 30A path, or exploring nearby coastal towns.

The fully updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, and stocked kitchenware. The open living area offers comfortable seating and large windows that bring in beautiful Gulf views.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, attached bathroom, and direct balcony access with Gulf views, creating the perfect place to start and end your day. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

Beach couldn't be seen well but water could. Very nice view without people and umbrellas! Bathroom could have been a bit bigger very tight. Cleanliness was awesome! Nice beach towels. Well appointed kitchen and appliances. Washing machine may be on the small stacker side but well worth it! My husband is handicapped in a wheel chair although he does walk and can do stairs the unit was great and workable and very close to Santa Clara handicapped beach access. The unit beach access he did do but only once took quite awhile and with a lot of effort. 44 stairs to beach on a very well maintained access. There was even a galvanized hand rail attached to the railing to hang on to on both sides. This is awesome in Florida since wood rails get very hot to tue touch in the sun. Great home away from home for this older couple we will return and for longer next time

Lovely beachfront stay

The condo was very nicely decorated. It had a calming, serene feel. Everything was clean and had everything we needed, including some coffee bar supplies, which was a nice touch! The view of the ocean was beautiful. Owner was very responsive. Would def stay again.
