Great beach vacation

Very nicely decorated and furnished condo. We loved it! Has everything you need and such a short walk to the beach. So convenient to Seaside and Alys and Rosemary Beaches. We enjoyed the bikes that are included. Right in the middle of it all! Definitely will stay again!

Nice property

We had a few minor issues, but the property management team addressed them very efficiently. That was appreciated. It’s a smaller condo than what the pictures online suggest. Very limited view of the beach and the ocean but only about 150 yard walk to the beach. The condo is well-maintained with all the expected amenities. There is no elevator, which is not a big deal for middle age and younger individuals, but if you are older or have some form of disability, it would not be an easy condo to access. Overall, it’s a nice condo at a solid location.

Perfect!

The condo was impeccably clean and renovated, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with two pools and a tennis court right on the property. The bikes that came with the condo were a great bonus. The condo was also conveniently located just a short bike ride away from the Old Florida Fishhouse restaurant, which has great food and live music. Had a great experience and highly recommend it!

Great location

So close to the beach! Such a great location! The landscaping was nice, however there were bags of landscaping trash on the property for 4 of the days we were there, as well as random lawn equipment for a couple days, left in random places. We used the trolley every day to get to the beach. The driver was always so kind, and would come right away when we would call him to pick us up. Our WiFi password for the condo was incorrect, and that never got resolved. LTE Internet on our phones was actually better at the beach than in the condo, which was surprising. The master bedroom bed and one of the secondary bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The beds in the third bedroom that included the two full size beds, were not very comfortable and squeaky. All and all though, we loved the location. Will absolutely stay here again! Wished there were 4 bikes instead of 3, since there were 4 of us. But it was a nice extra!! ☺️
