This 6,572 square foot Gulf view beach retreat, characterized by contemporary charm and bespoke design, celebrates the essence of family, friends, and unforgettable memories while emphasizing comfort and opulence. Spanning four stories and offering stunning Gulf views throughout, this spacious 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom escape comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests.
The first floor revolves around a private pool and spa that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living, featuring an outdoor summer kitchen, grilling station, and a dining table perfect for poolside meals and evening cocktails. A relaxing outdoor sitting area connects to the first-floor media/game room through modern sliding panel doors. The children will enjoy their own space in the bunk room, equipped with two twin over twin bunks and a trundle, while two elegantly appointed King guest suites with en-suite bathrooms provide additional comfort. A large laundry room situated off the media area offers convenient access for beach towels and swimsuits.
Ascending to the second floor, the main living area boasts an open kitchen designed for the passionate home cook, featuring Thermador appliances and a scullery for extra storage. The inviting living room, furnished with a spacious sectional, is perfect for lounging, while a dining table that seats eight creates a cohesive entertaining atmosphere. Adjacent to the living room is a half bath and a contemporary reading nook complete with a wet bar for cocktail or mocktail preparation.
