Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Beautiful view and a very nice unit. My only suggestion would be better mattresses in the guest room. The king bed in master was very nice.

Our go to place in Seagrove Beach

Excellent location and always a great place. I would have given it 5 starts but the ice maker was broken. We called the front desk ( our first full day there ) stayed 4 full days and never saw maintenance in the room repairing the ice maker. Bring bags of ice.

Excellent condo room. One of the best I’ve stayed in over 25 years. In general, one operational elevator was very disappointing. Need to improve the evening lighting on the boardwalk and pool area-most of it wasn’t working. The pool gate nor the bathrooms were secure either FYI. The future fitness room sounds great. We miss the sauna, and have always wanted a jacuzzi if you have future plans. I missed the very friendly and trustworthy security gentlemen we’ve gotten to know. The new luggage carts were very smooth, but would be nice to have 1 or 2 large ones like previous since we pack much more than a suitcase.

Location great and end unit was perfect to see the sunset.

The unit needs some TLC. Paint and refresh. The kitchen was not adequately stocked and nothing matched. The twin bed broke and was not the fault of the occupant. When we needed maintenance they were there quickly. Overall our stay was nice but unit needs to be updated and refreshed.
