Fantastic Stay for our Family

Our annual trip for daughter’s birthday and had an excellent experience. The condo was great for our family of 5. Kitchen had all we needed, close to Restaurants and Grocery, and easy private access to the beach. Elevator was down during our stay - would have been helpful to know ahead of time for planning, but wouldn’t have altered our plans. We’re planning to book again for same week next year. Thank you!

Beautiful Gulf View!

This condo was beautiful and clean and was right on the water. We enjoyed the balcony and saw breathtaking sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

The condo was everything we hoped for!! One of the best condos we have stayed on 30 A. The kitchen had every item we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner! We definitely recommend to any family looking for a beautiful view and gorgeous accommodations.

The unit has been recently renovated and the renovations are wonderful! We were 7 adults and had plenty of comfy beds, seating for dining, and outdoor deck seating. We will book again!

Much needed vacation

The condominium was updated with all the latest features. The kitchen is ideal for any home chef. The bed will put you right to sleep. The master bathroom is huge and the shower is amazing. The best part was the view!

Great Set up!

This was the best place I have ever rented in the 30a area. Perfect size for my family of 4 plus one friend. Super close to the beach. Amazing views from porch or living room. Great decor and furniture. Top notch bathroom in the master. Just overall great! I will definitely be back!

Get away couple

We loved the condo & location. It was very clean & spacious. The views were beautiful. Our only complaint would be that since it’s beach front, they’d offer beach chairs & towels. We had to purchase our own, which we left. Also, we like to cook while we are away & the kitchen was stocked with no spices, oils, etc. Not even salt & pepper. Again, we enjoyed the condo & it’s beautiful views, just wished it had some extra amenities.

The beds were Great! The View Amazing! Looked just like the pictures. A little disappointed in pool. Had to walk through a black top parking lot to the pool. Parking was limited and we were in a 3 BR. 3 families and only 2 spaces for parking. Most people parked anywhere they wanted instead of assigned spaces. Our water pressure was terrible. Could only shower one at a time and the washer couldn’t be used at the same time. The plumber (who was very nice) was sent and he fixed the problem but then there was limited hot water. We also had a roach problem around the stove/oven area and woke up to them crawling around every morning. Someone was sent to spray but of course the problem wasn’t fixed instantly. The host responded promptly to our complaints. In spite of our issues, a good time was had by all!

Gorgeous in every way!

We have been coming to 30A for years and we all agreed that this condo is our absolute favorite. It is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect and the views from this condo are absolutely breathtaking. We will be back!

The place was beautiful and I would absolutely stay again. Pros: - Beautiful layout for families - Bedrooms were good size, all with own bathrooms - Amazing and huge master bathroom shower - Beautiful design and tile work - Stunning views - great outdoor furniture and enough of it - across the street from a bike rental place - super close to seaside Cons: - no dishware for kids - one bathroom drain did not work - one bedroom doorhandle falling off - saw 3 cockroaches (I know, it's Florida and they are around but didn't' like them crawling on the stove) - building (not property): stairway to beach needs some repair; access gate is missing some security bars - no supplies like baggies or paper plates (I know, it clearly states that in the contract but I also love the"pass it on" feeling of vrbos). If it's not perishable, why not just leave it for other guests? - def not enough paper supplies for our longer stay (4 trashbags, 3 dishwasher tables, one roll paper towels) for a 5 day stay.

Awesome place!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, and just exquisite in every way. My favorite part was being right on the beach and being able to see the ocean from all the windows. My family loved the big screen tvs and having all the options pop up like prime Netflix etc. It was a relaxing place to wind down and recover from the hectic pace of life. The decor and upgrades were lovely! Thanks for sharing your home!

Amazing views and beautiful condo!

My two girlfriends and I celebrated are 52 and 60 year old birthdays and we could not have stayed at a more beautiful place! The condo was decorated beautifully and everything was in perfect order. In addition, we even found large plastic cups, wine corkscrew, all the necessary and even beyond kitchen utensils, etc. that made it easy to not have to purchase any items for our stay. The wrap around balcony was heavenly and the views incredible. Thank you!!
