The BEST Vacation Spot!

We absolutely loved the home. The pictures do not do it justice! They were very quick to respond to any question or concerns we had, which was comforting . We loved being able to drive the golf cart to the beach parking lot and had very little walking with little ones and our sick mom. We would stay here again for sure!! 10 out of 10 experience!

Everything was so clean and tidy

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was exactly as described. As someone who has two young kids (2 years & 10 months) it was so refreshing to not have clutter everywhere for them to get into. Everything was so clean and tidy. They also had a stock of kids plates, bowls, and utensils which was such a pleasant surprise.

Stunning, Beautiful, Spacious Beach House

This Luxury Beach house located in Blue Mountain Beach is Amazing! There is not a better location to stay on 30A and being equipped with 4 bikes and the golf cart helped make the trip extra special. The interior of the house is a show stopper (so stunning), much larger than imagined. I can't say enough good things about this house. We've been staying on 30A for over 20 years in many beautiful homes but this was by far our families favorite vacation home and experience. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return! Coast was awesome and very responsive to anything we needed.

Favorite House

We have been staying in this area for years and this is by far the BEST rental we have had. It is SO beautifully decorated and SO spacious ! It was perfect for our group. The house is SO well stocked with EVERYTHING you would need. Kitchen has everything imaginable & the garage is full of everything you need for the beach. The golf cart, bikes and our own fire pit were the best bonus ! We will MOST DEFINITELY make a return trip to this property !!

Great stay at Seas the Day!

We loved our stay at Seas the Day! This property is absolutely stunning and has everything you would need for an amazing vacation! You can tell the house is meticulously maintained and Coast takes great pride in their properties. Coast was extremely responsive to all of my messages and questions regarding the property up to the time of our vacation. Arrival instructions were also extremely easy to follow. Easy in and out with the keypad on the front door. The description of the house was also spot on! The house was extremely spacious for our group of 7. The kitchen has all the utensils and gadgets to enjoy anything you would want at home. The house also had a lot of beach and pool toys to enjoy and of course, the golf cart was a huge hit. We would definitely stay here again and will for sure utilize Coast Properties for our next visit.

This is an absolute DREAM HOUSE!

This is an absolute DREAM HOUSE! Just gorgeous! Brand new, immaculate, spotless and so stylishly decorated - I felt like I was in a movie. It literally took my breath away when we first arrived. From the well-appointed chef's kitchen to the cozy firepit in the backyard to the amazing primary bedroom with its own balcony - there wasn't one thing that wasn't perfect. The location can't be beat. Blue Mountain Beach is AMAZING and just a 5-minute golf cart ride away. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and friendly. We met lots of nice people out walking their dogs. The beautiful pool is just a short walk up a lovely path right behind the house. Very convenient to go for a cool swim after a long hot day at the beach. There are several excellent restaurants in the area as well. The folks at Coast were very helpful and responsive. I could go on and on - but I'll just say this: we're already booking a return trip so we can make some more wonderful memories here. We can't wait to come back!

We just love coming "home" to this gorgeous house. It's just perfect in every way. Beautifully maintained, great neighborhood and location, complete with all the bells and whistles you would need for the perfect beach house.The Coast team is very responsive to questions and immediately addresses all issues no matter how minor. Our stay was excellent. The home was beautiful and clean. The added amenities were great and loved the selection of beach supplies. The community was beautiful and so fun to bike around. The beach access was 5 min away with the golf cart and easy to get to, we didn't have any trouble with parking. Would definitely stay again!
