NEW CONSTRUCTION! Just a few steps from Seaside and the sugar-white sand you will find this beautiful home tucked away in the heart of 30A. This newly built home offers 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests.
As you make your way up the front porch and into the home you will be greeted by stunning vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area, and kitchen. Having stainless steel appliances, a large stove top, and a beautiful quartz countertop island, this kitchen is a chef's dream. With a large open living space that boasts gorgeous outdoor views of the pool, it will be hard to leave this home. As you head outside you will find a screened-in porch leading you to your own private heated pool. This outdoor area is completely fenced in allowing you to have tons of privacy.
On the first floor, you will also find two king-sized bedrooms both offering en suite bathrooms and walk-in showers. As you walk upstairs you will first find the perfect spot for kids to relax and hang out. This room has several places to unwind while enjoying the large flat-screened TV. As you continue through the second floor you will see a queen-sized bedroom accompanied by a cozy bunk bed that share a very spacious bathroom. The final bedroom is a king-sized bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This room comes with views of the private pool and has a closet big enough to fit a pack-and-play.
