Far and away our favorite 30A rental to date. The accommodations were warm and welcoming - more space than our family of 4 needed. We spent a lot of time on the multi-level decks, the ocean views being a highlight. We have already booked to return for Fall break next year and look forward to being return visitors for years to come.My only feedback: the condo is minimally appointed with basic necessities compared to most others I’ve stayed at. A single roll of toilet paper per bathroom (no extras) and no kitchen trash bags provided, felt like management cutting corners.

Our family had a great time. The layout of the house was perfect. Only thing was parking. We didn't have access to the garage and had to big cars. Also, we were not able to get an entry pass for the gate until day 2.

Beautiful home. The check in process was difficult. The car passes were hard to locate. We never were able to get both cars’ passes. The phone number was not for local help. One shower had very rusted metal & the drain cover came off. No instructions on the bedroom tvs. Could not use all week. The cooktop was very dirty.

Beautiful view and very clean but some other issues. Cookware was in rough shape. The couch is incredibly deep and hard to find comfort unless you are lying down. The main floor doors did not lock but they came out to fix by the second night. The check in process was not very clear. The walk to the beach is significant. Also one part of the beach is off limits unless you are willing to wade through water to get to the beach. Unsure of other amenities as they were not too clear. Overall beautiful place and if these things would have been known it would have been helpful.
