“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“No hot water in our room; we were taking shear hot n other rooms Poor breakfast; a couple of pieces and f local bread; hot water that we mixed with a very concentrated local and a bit warm coffee. Just a couple of small tables. Room was never cleaner. The only decent amenity is the tv. Hard to classify this property as a hotel; an old house with some adaptations. Just very small room medication that this property operates as a hotel. Hard to locate the property. None in f the taxi drivers new……

“When we checked in, the guys gave us the key and asked ask to wait because he didn't know that the room was ready. We waited one and a half hour in the lobby with out entire luggage, after I went and asked him how much longer and he said "oh, your room has been ready, I gave you the key". I didn't argue with him because at this point it was not wroth it, but this I hope that you see that this was incredibly rude. No, it was not obvious that if you give me the key that it is a sign that the room……

“We loved everything about staying here. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and we were recommended to some great places to shop and have dinner. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.”

“The hotel was clean some staff members were helpful noting the language barrier some were not. The breakfast was not nice,eggs were always cold,milk and yogurt not kept on ice. I was sick after drinking the milk. Construction was next to my room all day and late into the night. The daily housekeeping was nice.”

“I don't think I'll have enough space. For starters, there's NO heater in the rooms. If you come from a warm place, like me(PR) you're F...d. not even a travel heater. Cusco is very cold, plus the room too. Now the famous continental breakfast. No milk for the insta coffee, 1 fried egg, 2 buns of bread and butter. My first room,the bathroom window was broken and the toilet was clogged, they changed me. The front desk agent was the bell boy and the cook as well, very humble guy and helpful.”

“Tuve una pésima experiencia, me quedé 5 noches y no tuve agua caliente, todos los días tenía que pedir que revisaran la calefacción, Ofrecen estacionamiento lo cual no tienen (solo tienen el un espacio en la calle), en todo el tiempo que me quede solo hicieron aseo una vez. Tampoco está aislado se escucha todo de las habitaciones del lado. ”

“This place was fabulous! Lots of space, awesome views of the city, a nice walk to Plaza de Armas. There is shopping nearby, markets, stores with snacks and supplies. There is a common area on the 7th floor with a large balcony and some seating. I would absolutely stay here again!”
