This is an absolute MUST-STAY!

This location was truly a fantastic place to stay. From the beautiful views to being just steps from the beach access, everything about being right on the island made our trip unforgettable. The Seabreeze staff also went above and beyond, adding to an already amazing experience. The house itself was perfect—two bedrooms each with their own full bathrooms, three balconies, and gorgeous water views from both the bay and the Gulf. My favorite spot was the surfboard patio table and chairs, where I could sit and watch the stunning, unobstructed sunsets. We even caught a few dolphin pods swimming by, which made it even more special. Another added bonus was the amazing quality beach equipment provided—beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a wagon filled with beach toys. It made our beach days so convenient and enjoyable. The staff checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, and any minor issue was handled immediately. The place truly couldn't have been more perfect for our week-long stay! This is an absolute MUST-STAY, and we will definitely be renting this place again the next time we visit

We stayed in Sunset Landing unit two for five nights! We loved the view from both of the front facing decks, a beautiful view of the gorgeous beach! The property was nicely, decorated, and well equipped! We appreciated the nice beach, chairs, and umbrella in the locker below our unit. It was super easy to take our things right across to the beach!. Sea Breeze called and checked in with us twice during our stay, a nice touch! We were in walking distance of Bridge Street, which was super nice for shopping and dinner! There is quite a bit of traffic in the morning on the road between the condo and the beach, but it would not keep us from staying here again. It quieted to a regular flow after the morning rush. We would definitely consider this unit again, as well as renting with Sea Breeze!

Great! No complaints. Had an issue with the lock and oven at arrival but was fixed within 20 mins. Condo was fully stocked with everything you would need for a day at the beach ( besides sunblock which we brought plenty). Condo was right across the street from the beautiful white sandy beaches with Gatorade waters! Will definitely look for availability when booking our next trip!

Beautiful property with fantastic views

The place was absolutely beautiful inside. Plenty of space for our family of four with ample room to spread out. The multiple balconies were great! Fantastic views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The location of the property was in between two of the more crowded beaches so our beach was quiet and perfect. Shopping and dining were also within walking distance and the free trolley was right next to the building for anything farther away. I would also like to note that there was a lot of beach items stored in the covered garage area which was something I didn’t realize was available. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards were all there for us to use during our stay. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this property. Everything was exactly like the pictures. I do feel like things could’ve been a little cleaner, especially the floors, we accidentally move the couch because it had shifted around and underneath it look like had not been swept vacuumed in a long time. Also, several places on the stairs look like they had not been Swept/vacuumed. I cleared some dust bunnies in the corners myself. However, otherwise, a very great property, we would stay here again. We did have one problem with one of the sliding glass doors not working properly and did have the problem fixed the same day. The only common about that as we were not told when the repair people would show up and apparently they were there when we were gone , slightly unnerving that someone had been in with us being able to secure any of our belongings. Communication could have been better. But overall the property and everything described is just like the listing. We love it and would probably return to this location.

Beautiful, as described and pictures, condo with unobstructed views of the beautiful beach/ocean. Easy access to and from the beach with plenty of beach chairs/equipment to use during your stay. Our family of 4 had more than enough room for the week we were there. The rental is walking distance to Bridge street, so no need for a car if you don’t have one. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a wonderful experience to get around the island. The rental company called ahead of time and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future when visiting the island!
