Mark and Ari are wonderful host who greet you and then leave you alone. But they have answered all my questions, even take me to the ferry! And it’s spotless with great showers . It’s a half a block from the train station NEW YORKERS and half a block from Main Street so it’s easy to get to and easy to walk down Main Street for coffee desserts whatever you like it’s a lovely place. I highly recommend it,

Fantastic place to stay right near Sayville. We were in town for a wedding and it was very close to the venue. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious. The thing that blew my mind was that they offered to give us a ride, for free, to the wedding venue just to make sure we didn't have to worry about driving after drinking. Ari and Mark are great people and they made our stay a wonderful experience. 11/10
